Circulation and Loan Policies


  •  3-week loan period for books
  •  3-day loan period for periodicals and videocassettes
  •  current issues of periodicals may not be borrowed
  •  overdue charge of 0.03 € per day, per book, plus 0,33 € for each reminder notice mailed
  •  borrowers are responsible for paying the replacement cost for each LOST book and magazine
  •  fees for damaged materials are at the discretion of the Library Director
  •  students may register for the next semester or graduate only when all materials are returned and charges have been satisfied
  •  faculty is not exempt from paying for book replacements or overdue fees
